Star Review " Fantastic service! The true service provider services people instead of just earning money. My car has corrosion in my car's tag holder, and a tag screw broke inside. Originally, I want to go to the dealer to get the problem solved in warranty. However, after 2 hs waiting, the Lexus dealer fail to solve it and charge me for inspection. Luckily I found Classic Auto in just 1 mile away. Ken carefully listened my requirements, helped me solve this problem in 30 mins, and charged me for free. Really appreciate Classic Auto, especially to Ken. If there is no comparison, you would not know how fantastic of this company. I have to say, my experience at here is excellent. Problem solving! Star Review " I had my first experience with Classic Auto Body after a parking garage fender bender last month. They were a recommended service center through my insurance company, and as a result the entire process, from claim to picking up my fixed car, was a breeze. Steve is super helpful and the team works quickly while doing great work. I'd also like to mention that Steve really helped me out with securing a rental car. I had selected Hertz for my rental as this was the company my insurance recommended. I do not recommend using Hertz if you live in the Haverford area. Classic Auto Body works with Enterprise (right down the street) and can get you in a rental car in under half an hour, which they did after I was waiting almost two hours for my rental from Hertz (Upper Darby office). Steve and Enterprise really turned the situation around, and I was able to drop the rental off at the shop when my car was done, and they took care of the rest. I would definitely recommend Classic Auto Body (and Enterprise) if you are dealing with an accident or simply need body repairs. "

Everything from the point where I dropped it off the day after the accident until I picked it up was handled expertly and with patience, given the twists and turns with the insurance companies. They handled everything that was needed with the insurance company and were proactive about letting me know what was happening each step of the way.They even offered to arrange for a rental car and I was able to drop the rental off when I picked up my car. Star Review " I used Classic Auto Body because they are partnered with my insurance company - State Farm. FIrstly, I chose them because of their hours. Having used auto body shops in the past, I felt tied down by their limited office hours and needed to take personal time from work to pick-up/drop-off car. This was not the case at Classic Auto Body. Initially, they bumped me up on the schedule because they wanted me to be safe driving and felt that my car would not be safe for very long. They had repairs done within the stated timeframe and had excellent service in communicating times for readiness etc... When I picked up my car, I noticed a slight imperfection immediately. The manager, Tim, agreed with what I saw. He had be back on the schedule within a few days and corrected this at no extra charge, and even paid for a rental for me! My car now looks like the day I bought it thanks to the excellent workmanship and service at Classic Auto Body. "

Star Review " My car was hit by a blue car while parked at the Giant supermarket in Havertown last Friday. There were no witnesses and despite the dozens of video cameras strategically placed all over Giant's parking lot, the manager (Wayne) didn't seem to want to help even though he said he would look at the surveillance footage. I never heard back from him. Basically, I was stuck with paying the deductible through my insurance. I decided to take my car to Classic Auto Body (Haverford, PA on Lancaster Ave.) for an estimate since it is only 5 min from my work. Steve took a bunch of pictures of the damaged area and then explained my options. He said the damaged area can be fixed by removing the bumper, clean it, prime it, need time to dry, paint it, etc. which will cost more than my deductible, and I would be without a car for 3 days, or I could just go to the dealer and spend $20 on a bottle of touchup paint and do it myself. He even showed me a sample of what a "touchup" job would look like vs. a professional paint job. Obviously, the professional paint job would look like new while a DIY job will have paint streaks. Even though my car is only 1 year old, it would not be worthwhile to file a claim for something this minor. Being a mom who has to do a lot of chauffeuring, I can live with a few minor streaks but I don't think I can live without a car for 3 days nor want to pay extra for a rental. I really appreciate Steve's honesty and professional opinion. He could have easily not mention the DIY option and just do the work and have my insurance company pay for the cost minus my deductible. He even offered for me to bring my car back on a dry day, he has a solvent that will get the blue paint off my bumper before I put the touchup paint on (free of charge). Even Sheila, the receptionist, was friendly and welcoming when I stepped foot into the office. So, if you need an auto body shop and are not sure where to go, give these guys a call. "
